Delete your data

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This page explains how to ask Visa360 to delete your personal data and what happens next. For how we handle personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.

What you can ask us to delete

  • Your Visa360 account: your name, email address and preferred language, the schools you belong to and your roles.
  • Your sign-in data: a linked Google account, passkeys, password, two-factor authentication settings, sessions and sign-in records.
  • Messages you sent us.

Visa and pass application data belongs to your school, which is its data controller. We delete it when your school instructs us to, so ask your school first. If you send that request to us, we pass it to your school.

How to ask

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my data", and tell us which school you use Visa360 with.
  2. Or ask your school's Visa360 administrator to remove your access.

A parent or guardian can ask on behalf of a child under 18.

What happens next

  • We may ask you to confirm your identity.
  • Within 21 days, we delete or anonymise your account and sign-in data and tell you what we deleted.
  • If we must keep something, for example because your school still needs it for an open application or the law requires it, we tell you what we kept and why.
  • Deleted data can remain in our database backups until they roll over, within 30 days.

Disconnect your Google account

To stop Google sharing your details with Visa360, open the third-party connections in your Google Account, select Visa360 and remove its access. This doesn't delete the data we already hold; to delete it, follow the steps above.

WhatsApp messages

If your school sends you WhatsApp messages through Visa360, your request also covers your phone number and the message records we hold. Messages already delivered stay in your WhatsApp app, and Meta handles its own copies under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
